This will be a very simple post to guide you through the process of filling the Western Union form. It gets very simple once you know how to do it.
How to Fill Western Union Form to get Google AdSense Paycheck
First of all, of course, you need a Western Union Receive form. [Note: This is IMPORTANT, Make sure you are getting the "To Receive Money" form.] As you can see in the picture, the Western Union form I got is from Public Bank with the "TO RECEIVE MONEY" on top of the form.
Now, the next part is quite simple. Just fill in your names, your address and so on and so forth under the "RECEIVER" section.
Now comes a harder part, filling in Google's Address. This is a bit tricky because you cannot fill in the full Google's Address in the form since the form does not provide enough space to fill in the full Google's Address. So, you only need to fill in just like my form. Fill in under the "SENDER" section as shown in my picture.

I filled in Google's address as much as possible but according to the person at the bank counter, it is not so important as long as Receiver's name and Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) are filled in correctly. [Before move on, please read "How to get Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) in Google AdSense" then come back to this tutorial again.]
After you got your MTCN, just fill it in like my picture and make sure the amount you are receiving are correct.
Note: Things to bring when you are receiving Google AdSense payment using Western Union1. Government issued identity Card (IC) or passport or driving license.
2. Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
3. Google's Address
After filling in everything, give the form to the person at the bank counter. He/she will help you process your request. Within 15 to 20 minutes, you will get your Google AdSense payment. Fast and simple.
That is it. I hope you understand this tutorial.
